The Design Process, how does it work

Initial Contact

From initial contact we discuss requirements for your website, this can either be achieved by appointments face to face, via telephone conversations or emails. We discuss design ideas working around your corporate colours and business' logo if you already have one. Our team of designers will come up with drafts and send them to you giving you an idea of what your website will look like along with a quote for the work to be undertaken.

Design Revisions

Once you are 100 percent satisfied with the ideas put forward we will then take a deposit from the overall price and put our ideas into practice. We will work quickly and efficiently to meet the deadlines we have promised you and we'll work closely with you to ensure that your project meets your needs and expectations.

Going Live

Once the website is completed, we will put it forward to you on a test site so you can siv through it and make any appropriate changes to content etc. When you are over the moon with your website as we're sure you will be our technical staff will get to work putting it live and working on the search engine optimisation side of things.

Client Relationship

Ongoing support is important to us as I am sure it is to yourselves. Most website design companies seem to think that the work is over as soon as the website is done. We value our clients and believe that once the work is complete the relationship between our customers has just begun. We will offer free advice when it comes to your online advertising and will carry out changes at very reasonable prices, if it's something that won't take us more than a few minutes in some instances we won't even charge a fee...
